The filled bottles come to the brush setting unit. Brushes are poured into the bowl vibrator. Vibrator brushes find their direction by vibration. The brushes find their direction and carry them to the linear vibrator. Brushes from the linear vibrator come to the brush unit. The brush unit, which has a bottle underneath, puts the brush inside the bottle. This cycle continues in this way in automatic nail polish filling machines and the brush unit works in this way.
BRUSH CONTROL UNIT
The brush control unit is tasked with controlling the brushes. If there is no brush in the nail polish bottle, it notifies you with the signal it sends to the capping unit.
